Zelda, more commonly known as Princess Zelda, is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series. In most of the games, she takes on the role of the Princess of Hyrule. She tends to get kidnapped at some point in the game, and the hero, Link, sets out on a quest to save her. She is also one of the three holders of one a Triforce piece, the Triforce of Wisdom.
