Canada Post Strike

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are transitioning our shipping services to Purolator and UPS to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders. We understand the importance of your shipments reaching you without delay, and we believe these carriers will provide the best alternative during this period. Until Canada Post is back in full service we will not be shipping to the United States, as there is no cost effective method to do so. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

GST/HST Tax Holiday (BILL C-78)

From December 14, 2024, to February 15, 2025, qualifying items are GST/HST exempt under BILL C-78. For more information, please refer to the Government of Canada's announcement.

General list of our eligible products:

• Video Games
• Video Game Consoles
• Video Game Controllers / Wheels
• All Board Games & Card Games with a recommended age under 14 (games with age 14+ are ineligible) 
• Eligible TCGs we carry include: Pokemon, & Disney Lorcana
• Playing Cards
• Puzzles
• Books & RPG Books
• Lego with a recommended age under 14 (Sets with age 14+ are ineligible) 
• Dice
• Toys & Plush

Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders with release dates during the period are eligible. Pre-Order products with release dates after the period are ineligible. For products without firm release dates that we cannot confirm will release within the period, they will not be eligible. As per the guidelines in the Government of Canada's announcement.

Please Note: Tax is charged for shipping services. You will still see tax on your order, even if it contains only eligible products, when you select a shipping method.

We are actively working to adjust our catalog system to ensure everything is ready and functional. However, due to the rapid implementation of this change during an already busy holiday period, it is possible that some oversights or adjustments may be needed.
